Cohiva Campaign and Cohiva Central integration

Cohiva Central is the part of the suite that holds identity and access together. It owns identity, single sign-on, pricing, and the marketplace, which means Campaign does not run its own separate login or billing but draws those from one place across the products.

Authentication uses a standard, well-understood flow. Campaign authenticates users through Central using OAuth with PKCE, so sign-in follows an established protocol rather than a bespoke scheme, and a user's identity is the same identity they use elsewhere in the suite.

Onboarding a customer is tied to the subscription. Subscribing through Central provisions an isolated tenant database for the new customer, so a new account starts with its own database rather than a shared one. That is the foundation of the database-per-tenant isolation the suite is built on.

For a buyer, this means one identity, one place to manage the subscription, and an isolated database from the moment they sign up. For a marketing-operations team, it means signing in to Campaign is the same as signing in to the rest of the suite.

Because Central owns identity, pricing, and the marketplace for the whole suite, Campaign does not run a separate login or billing of its own.
